General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Considering the fact that you have had an aortic embolism and a myocardial infection, vomiting and chest pain in your case might also be related to heart or other important chest structures problems. These symptoms, in my opinion, shouldn't be ignored.

I suggest you go to the Emergency Room consult a doctor and have a physical examination and other blood analysis done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
